When we produced our first coil of pasta in 1930 we added a secret ingredient to the other genuine ingredients: enthusiasm. The result was phenomenal ! Since then a lot of things are changed: there are new production and control systems, new products and new customers. And new too because only someone who really loves their work can produce the quality.
